Join Our Team as a Talent Sourcer!
At Hilti Fieldwire, we are on the lookout for a motivated and strategic Sourcer who is passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, proactively identifying and engaging exceptional talent across various business units and regions.
This role is not about reviewing resumes reactively; we are seeking a genuine talent hunter! If you thrive on building networks, influencing hiring strategies, and enhancing our sourcing practices with creativity and data-driven insights, then we want to meet you!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Proactively source top-notch talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and innovative outreach methods.
- Recruit for positions in the United States, Europe, and other global markets as our business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine job specifications, define ideal candidate profiles, and synchronize sourcing strategies across diverse geographies.
- Build and maintain robust passive talent pipelines worldwide through consistent and thoughtful outreach.
- Engage potential candidates via social media, phone, text, email, and personalized messaging to enhance Fieldwire's employer brand globally.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to ensure that our goals are met.
- Lead the sharing of best practices in sourcing and provide training across the Talent Acquisition team.
- Evaluate and implement new sourcing tools, technologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity within Greenhouse and other HR systems.
