About the Job:
As the Talent Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in creating a comprehensive talent and recruitment system aimed at automating and enhancing our most vital asset: our people. We seek a unique individual—someone who excels in recruiting operations while also possessing an engineering mindset. You will design, develop, and maintain the automated systems that underpin our entire talent acquisition process, operating at the intersection of talent, operations, and engineering.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement automated recruitment infrastructure, including sourcing bots, intelligent application review, and interview automation, to ensure a robust and high-quality candidate pipeline across various roles.
Create intelligence systems to detect hiring signals, market trends, candidate references, and feedback repositories that will aid in identifying and assessing top talent.
Enhance the candidate experience by developing a seamless flow that encompasses application processes, candidate communications, and ongoing talent ecosystem engagement.
What You’ll Need:
3-7 years of experience as an AI Engineer, GTM Engineer, RevOps, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar roles.
Demonstrated success in building scalable systems with an AI-focused approach, along with a strong analytical background.
