About the Position
Jane Street is seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Development Specialist to be a pivotal part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in organizing and facilitating various internal programs, including our Tech and Strategy & Product internships. You will also contribute to rotational programs and internal training initiatives for our full-time employees across multiple departments.
Collaboration is essential as you will work closely with stakeholders from HR and other divisions to manage essential tasks related to our priority programs. This includes preparing for events, providing on-site support, and analyzing participant feedback and historical data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all aspects of learning and development programs, including event scheduling, roster management, material creation, and logistics oversight.
- Preparing and analyzing participation data and feedback with meticulous attention to detail; identifying areas for improvement.
- Responding to employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Serving as the primary on-site contact to support participants and programs during their execution.
- Assisting with talent development and other corporate projects and initiatives.
About You
- You possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience along with 3-6 years of experience in program or project management or a related field.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You have strong communication skills and a passion for developing talent.
