Role Overview:
We are in search of an outstanding Talent Analytics & Operations Manager to be a pivotal member of our Talent Team. This position will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. As the architect behind our recruitment engine, you will ensure that Garner’s expansion is driven by smooth, data-informed, and highly effective hiring processes. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between strategic recruiting initiatives and on-the-ground execution, providing the operational foundation necessary for our team to scale while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate experience.
Work Environment:
- While Garner is headquartered in New York City, this role is open to candidates who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to the headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine daily operations for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring our recruitment engine operates seamlessly as we grow.
- Identify operational gaps proactively and lead change initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and track key recruiting metrics across the Talent Acquisition team to provide a clear, real-time overview of our hiring health.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate data insights into actionable strategies and process enhancements.
- Optimize and manage our range of Talent Acquisition tools and systems to ensure they are fully utilized to support talent outcomes.
- Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards that provide stakeholders with the insights necessary for informed hiring decisions.
