YOUR MISSION
You will lead the charge in creating the best Talent House globally. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will manage a team of skilled recruiters who will serve as both advisors and gatekeepers for Glovo, ensuring we raise the bar with every hire. Your market insights will guide and support hiring managers, enabling you to analyze TA metrics and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent while maintaining operational excellence in our recruitment process, always prioritizing the quality of both candidates and hiring managers' experiences.
THE JOURNEY AWAITS YOU
- Oversee an end-to-end recruitment team of 8-15 individuals responsible for research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance.
- Guide your team and hiring managers on best recruitment practices, ensuring a high-standard recruitment process to attract and select the best talent for Glovo.
- Enhance existing programs and develop innovative strategies to source top talent.
- Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders in your assigned global business unit, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
