YOUR MISSION
Lead the global Talent Acquisition team to create the best Talent House in the world! You will oversee a team of skilled recruiters who act as both advisors and gatekeepers for Glovo, ensuring we elevate our hiring standards with each new addition. Your expertise will guide hiring managers, analyze TA metrics, and develop effective recruiting strategies that prioritize operational excellence and enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
YOUR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY
- Manage a recruitment team of 8-15, overseeing all aspects from research and sourcing to candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
- Coach your team and hiring managers on best practices in recruitment to maintain a high-bar process that attracts top talent for Glovo.
- Enhance existing programs and create innovative strategies for sourcing top talent.
- Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to effectively communicate the recruitment pipeline and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising them on market trends, compensation, and talent strategies.
