We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to enhance our team, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent in the Indian market. This role is based in Mumbai.

- Lead projects that focus on employer branding, diversity and inclusion, reporting metrics, candidate experience, and more.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology for recruitment, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate process from the initial interview to the offer stage.
- Source, engage, and activate passive candidates through methods such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and alternative sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to ascertain candidates' basic qualifications.
- Track and report on critical recruitment metrics, including time to hire, pipeline sourcing, and offer acceptance rates.
