Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Systems Integration Service Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves the installation and servicing of various Commercial Electronic Security Systems, including Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and fellow service providers to troubleshoot issues and stay informed about industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
- Coordinate with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors on-site for successful installations.
- Travel to job sites as directed by management, assess customer needs, and complete repairs to satisfaction.
- Proactively seek and promote business opportunities for services, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts while acquiring comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness at job sites.
- Complete job tickets and time sheets promptly for processing and payroll.
- Collect CODs when applicable and communicate with management regarding any issues or scope changes.
- Manage inventory on the service vehicle, ensuring familiarity with all parts and their descriptions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Overtime may be required based on project needs.
