Your Role:
Join us in our pursuit to protect our home planet as a Supply Planner for the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to execute supply planning processes for Patagonia EMEA, ensuring that supply aligns seamlessly with regional demand. This role demands a focus on operational excellence—conducting supply reviews, making informed shipment decisions, and providing visibility through comprehensive reporting. You will work closely with the Supply & Inventory Planning Lead and various stakeholders to enhance product availability and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in developing tools that improve process effectiveness and nurture strong stakeholder relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
Supply Planning Execution: Lead Buy review meetings with Global Supply, ensuring that EMEA supply plans are synchronized with demand. Provide ongoing feedback to EMEA demand planners regarding anticipated global supply to foster continuous collaboration.
Shipment & Delay Management: Oversee the scheduling of shipments from the US warehouse, including air freight, and proactively address delays to guarantee timely deliveries to EMEA distribution points and retail channels.
Reporting: Maintain precise supply status reports and dashboards, offering stakeholders clear insights on on-time performance and potential risks. Regularly communicate updates through established meeting platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Establish yourself as a trusted partner within Patagonia EMEA for supply-related matters, ensuring stakeholder comprehension and collaboration to achieve shared business goals.
Process & Tool Development: Contribute to refining planning processes and tools to boost efficiency and accuracy in supply management. Collaborate with the Supply Planning Lead to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational performance.
