As a Supply Chain Coordinator (M/F) at our Aigues-Vives production site, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials in alignment with the production plan and customer demand, while proposing options to minimize discrepancies.
You will serve as the main point of contact for all external clients at the site.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the availability of materials needed for production by monitoring supplier adherence to delivery timelines for raw materials.
- Collaborating with regional Supply Chain Planners to develop a 12-month active ingredient supply plan.
- Monitoring the plan's progress, analyzing discrepancies that could affect customer supply, and initiating corrective actions with suppliers.
- Considering production constraints, established Supply Chain rules, and variations in forecasts and orders.
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials on-site to minimize dormant stock.
- Analyzing and optimizing component stock levels (safety stocks, inter-company transfers, etc.) in coordination with other planners.
- Tracking supplier performance and informing the relevant buyers.
- Resolving quantity disputes between orders and receipts, and unblocking invoices as necessary.
You will also ensure compliance with group standards and procedures by:
- Ensuring adherence to procedures at all levels.
- Confirming that all production tool processes align with MRP2 principles.
- Assessing the feasibility of introducing new products (procurement, BOMs, routing, etc.).
- Driving collaboration with workshop stakeholders to update necessary operational data.
- Analyzing and updating article data (manufactured and purchased) and BOMs (allocation key, scrap rates) in SAP.
