The DCP is on the lookout for a Supplier Quality Specialist to enhance our Lean Navigability Quality Practice and meet internal and client expertise demands in synergy with Operational Management teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
Act as a Supply Chain Quality expert on various client projects or results-driven engagements led by ALTEN.
Provide your expertise during the pre-sales phases: analyzing client needs and developing technical responses alongside commercial and project teams.
Collaborate on commercial aspects: assessing current and future client challenges.
Support delivery teams: validating deliverables, conducting audits, providing advice, and proposing continuous improvement strategies.
Strategic Development:
Contribute to defining and implementing a Supplier Quality expertise development strategy.
Implement strategies focusing on service needs and develop cross-functional synergies.
Participate in structuring and evolving the specialist field in the short, medium, and long term: expanding activities and expertise directed at our clients.
Community Engagement:
Revitalize the Lean Navigability Quality Practice Community: share your knowledge, organize training sessions, and provide technical support.
Coach and mentor: identify and nurture evolving resources, fostering skills and knowledge within the professional community.
Visibility and Partnerships:
Participate in major external events: trade shows, conferences, and professional associations.
Seek and develop strategic partnerships in your field.
