Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Success Coach to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding, supporting, and energizing our clients—both new and aspiring commodity brokers—through their transformative journey with Buildofarm. Your primary goal will be to ensure clients engage fully with our programs, navigate obstacles effectively, and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, offering structured guidance through our comprehensive educational and software ecosystem.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to monitor client progress, maintain accountability, and implement effective strategies.
- Simplify complex brokerage and trading concepts into actionable steps that enhance client confidence and execution.
