Position Overview
ENSCO Inc. seeks a dedicated Test Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, managing, and executing instrumentation strategies and methodologies to fulfill measurement targets for DTRA testing.
- Conducting research and development initiatives to keep DTRA equipped with the latest data acquisition systems and sensor technologies within the Chemical and Biological Defense domain.
- Establishing comprehensive processes to validate and investigate new sensor and data acquisition technologies before their integration into DTRA operations.
- Leading integrated support teams to ensure operational readiness and mission-critical capabilities.
- Creating and implementing Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs), Product Support Packages, and Design for Supportability analyses to enhance system supportability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborating with government and contractor teams to drive cost-reduction strategies while maintaining alignment with performance objectives.
