Your Role as a Studio Cleaner
As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our studios. Working part-time during the early mornings on weekdays, you will ensure that the facilities are ready for our artists. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility to accommodate other life commitments.
Daily Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and reset studios and equipment to prepare for customer sessions, which may include interacting with clients and ensuring rooms are tidy between bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and promptly report any damages or issues with facilities to the Site Manager.
- Restock and clean toilets, communal areas, and corridors to uphold a welcoming environment.
- Ensure the entrance and pathways to the studio are consistently clean and inviting.
- Keep staff areas organized, safe, and tidy at all times.
- Follow stock control procedures to maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning equipment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying noise levels.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative effectively.
- Familiarity with COSHH regulations is beneficial.
What We Offer
An annual salary of £6,349.20 for 10 contracted hours per week, along with:
- Free studio hours for personal use.
- 33 days of annual leave, increasing to 36 days with length of service (including bank holidays).
