Student Nurse

ZorgSpectrum offers you the opportunity to train as a Nurse specialized in elderly care.
The training program lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 years if you already hold a VIG diploma or medical assistant certification, and 3 years if you have no prior education in healthcare.
Program starts in February/September. Note! Unfortunately, we are fully booked for the February 2026 intake. However, you can still apply for the September 2026 intake.
Important: Currently, all BBL training positions for the September intake are filled. You can reapply for the February 2026 intake. However, it is possible to join us in the meantime to prepare for your training.
What You Will Learn
Knowledge and Skills: You will be trained to become a Nurse, learning to perform nursing procedures and coordinate care plans based on theoretical knowledge. Emphasis will be placed on quality and competence!
Communication: You will learn to observe behavior and conduct conversations with clients, caregivers, and family members, tailoring care and support accordingly.
Person-Centered Care: You will learn to prioritize the needs and wishes of care recipients, collaborating with caregivers and family members in providing support and care.
Coordination: You will learn to coordinate care in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements.
Collaboration: You will learn to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Accountability: You will learn to take responsibility for your actions in accordance with your training level.
Continuous Learning: You will apply what you learn in practice during daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, ensuring ongoing learning.
