About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Strategy and Growth Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist various business functions under the direction of the Founder's office. You will collaborate closely with the co-founders and senior management on go-to-market strategies, product development initiatives, customer engagement practices, and more.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development: Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. Work alongside product teams to implement enhancements and introduce new features.
Market Growth & Sales Enablement: Assist in crafting marketing strategies and lead generation initiatives. Create promotional materials and support sales and customer success teams with research and diligence reports for client interactions.
Client Solutions & Enterprise Engagement: Develop tailored proposals and create customized solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and offering constructive feedback for enhancements.
Customer Success: Aid in client onboarding, platform training, building strong client relationships, minimizing churn, managing customer success operations and technology, and conducting quality checks on client deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Enhance communication between sales, customer success, tech, and other departments. Relay client feedback and contribute to refining product and operational processes.
Business Operations & Reporting: Support the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics. Assist with investor relations, process automation, and various operational tasks.
Who You Are:
0-2 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of business research, analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
