As a founding member of Vanta’s Venture & Startup Partnerships team in EMEA, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our footprint within the London startup and VC landscape. Reporting directly to the Strategic Venture Capital Partnerships Lead, your role will involve engaging with founders, nurturing relationships with VCs and accelerators, and driving Vanta's adoption among early-stage companies.
This position represents a high-impact, early-stage hire and will be the inaugural role in Venture & Startup Partnerships for EMEA. You will actively build connections, organize events, and collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to position Vanta as the go-to trust and compliance platform for growing startups.
This role is part of Vanta’s Global Partnerships team, where you will help translate our overarching venture strategy into effective local execution across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities as Venture & Startup Partnerships Manager at Vanta:
Ecosystem Engagement: Proactively engage with the London startup and VC ecosystem, fostering relationships with founders, operators, VCs, and accelerators.
Partner Support: Enhance existing VC and accelerator partnerships through enablement initiatives, founder introductions, and portfolio engagement.
Founder Attraction: Attract founders to Vanta by organizing events, workshops, office hours, and 1-to-many programs.
GTM Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to develop and implement strategies that promote Vanta's offerings.
