Role Overview
As our Program Manager, you will be instrumental in executing Demandbase’s most critical strategic initiatives, focusing on AI-driven product and go-to-market transformations. Reporting to the Business Operations & Strategy team within the Office of the CFO, you will oversee the complete program lifecycle—from planning and alignment to delivery, reporting, and impact evaluation.
This position demands a robust program management skill set, analytical acumen, and the capability to collaborate effectively across Product, GTM, and Finance teams. Your role will ensure that strategic initiatives are delivered punctually while actively managing risks and providing leadership with clear visibility into progress and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution
Manage daily operations of company-wide strategic initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, and delivery.
Create and maintain comprehensive program plans detailing workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Identify and address execution risks, resource deficiencies, and cross-departmental dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary.
Establish and facilitate structured operating rhythms, including weekly program reviews and executive check-ins.
Document and track decisions, action items, and commitments to ensure closure.
OKR Management & Accountability
Oversee the end-to-end OKR management for strategic initiatives.
Ensure alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
