As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and tactical advisor to line management, becoming an integral member of the management team at SBP. You will translate HR strategies into actionable solutions and projects, significantly enhancing the employee experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Business Partnering
Providing advice and support to line management while being an active participant in the business unit management team.
Identifying challenges and opportunities within the organization and proactively offering solutions.
Assisting with organizational development and achieving HR objectives.
Ensuring the integrity and enhancement of HR processes while contributing to a robust employee experience.
Projects and Development
Collaborating on the further professionalization of HR policies, processes, and systems.
Initiating and participating in HR projects within the organization.
Actively contributing ideas on how SBP can evolve as a modern and attractive employer.
Operational HR Support
Advising and guiding managers on complex HR issues such as long-term illness, collaboration challenges, and performance management.
Facilitating personnel processes.
Serving as a resource and advisor for management on HR-related topics.
