What We’re Looking For
We seek a seasoned Strategic Engagement Lead who excels in a fast-paced environment. The Strategic Engagement team is the driving force behind Datavant Life Sciences, tasked with delivering measurable outcomes by aligning our innovative products and services with the strategic objectives of our customers. This role is critical for maximizing value, accelerating patient impact, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include managing commercial outcomes such as value realization and customer satisfaction, as well as overseeing post-sale activities including service delivery, product adoption, and customer retention.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of up to 15 biopharma accounts, focusing on the complete acceleration of value delivery.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their goals and strategize how our solutions can support their initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellence in program management, utilizing analytical skills to balance execution speed with thoughtful decision-making.
- Enhance customer lifetime value through increased product adoption and satisfaction, and by improving overall health scores.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges while promoting clarity and scalability for both clients and Datavant.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to gather insights that shape product and sales strategies for your accounts.
- Adopt a proactive, self-service approach to problem-solving and customer inquiries.
