Join SmartRecruiters as a Strategic Accounts Lead, collaborating closely with the VP of Customer Success to manage and enhance our most significant global client relationships. In this pivotal senior role, you will drive strategic value, ensure executive alignment, and deliver quantifiable outcomes for our enterprise clients. As the primary executive contact, you will liaise with various supporting teams—including Customer Success, Account Management, Managed Services, Product, Support, and Implementation—to create a seamless customer experience and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Your portfolio will consist of SmartRecruiters' most strategic relationships. Key responsibilities include establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership at each customer, comprehensively understanding their objectives and strategies, and developing annual strategic plans that further their partnership with us. You will communicate SmartRecruiters' value, optimize system usage, identify opportunities for expansion, and achieve market-leading renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of large, global strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Take overall responsibility for customer adoption and success, proactively preventing and resolving critical issues and escalations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customer leadership, aligning our solutions with their business priorities and long-term goals.
- Provide proactive recommendations for account success and develop innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
- Lead executive-level business reviews, success planning, and joint roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes for customers.
- Utilize strong data analysis skills to monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice internally, influencing product development and service innovation.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive renewal and expansion strategies.
- Ensure governance and executive alignment with global stakeholders across regions and business units.
