The Role
The Strategic Accounts Lead is a senior, relationship-driven Customer Success leader dedicated to ensuring the long-term success of Chorus’ most intricate and strategically vital customer partnerships. This position demands high-level ownership of enterprise accounts that necessitate a profound understanding of systems, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined alignment across multiple workstreams.
Success in this position hinges on the ability to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers. The Strategic Accounts Lead possesses a deep insight into each partner’s objectives, limitations, and operational context—leveraging this knowledge to position Chorus as a clear, credible, and aligned partner over time. This role enhances Chorus’ broader Customer Success function by concentrating on strategic complexity and coherence, rather than daily support or task execution. It is not a sales position and does not dictate product strategy; rather, it collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Clinical Solutions to ensure strategic customers are supported thoughtfully, realistically, and intentionally.
