What does this role entail?
The Strategic Account Executive is pivotal in forging and nurturing relationships with NiCE Customers. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities and expanding market share in designated regions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing revenue streams within enterprise business sectors and contact centers.
How will you contribute?
- Achieve annual sales targets and lead negotiations for Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate and spearhead all sales activities to meet business objectives.
- Ensure that proposed sales and solutions leverage the strengths of NiCE CXone Mpower and are effectively implementable.
- Establish new strategic partnerships while strengthening existing relationships, analyzing customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities brought about by technological advancements.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives.
- Initiate, support, and manage purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and clients.
Do you have what it takes?
- Over 10 years of experience in selling diverse software products and services to complex accounts in a hunter-type capacity.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in selling AI Software Solutions.
- A solid understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Exceptional relationship management skills that foster trust and effectively resolve customer escalations.
- A collaborative sales approach that involves working with various internal and external teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills that instill confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
- Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with a preference for autonomy to manage activities and processes to achieve revenue goals.
You will have an edge if you possess:
- Experience or knowledge in CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience or knowledge in selling a comprehensive suite of SaaS products.
