Role Overview
As the Strategic Account Executive focused on the Mexico market, you will spearhead GitLab's enterprise growth strategy by assisting some of the country's most influential organizations in adopting, implementing, and amplifying their use of our AI-driven DevSecOps platform. Your primary focus will be on strategic enterprise accounts, guiding clients through intricate digital and DevOps transformations while driving pipeline generation that converts into measurable Net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between customer stakeholders and GitLab's field organization, ensuring GitLab is recognized as a trusted, long-term partner throughout the entire sales cycle. In your inaugural year, you are expected to establish a robust enterprise portfolio in Mexico, create repeatable sales processes, and consistently monitor and report on deal progress and account health.
