About the Role
As a member of the Strategic Accounts team, you will focus on franchise and multi-site Home Services brands.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a select group of named Home Services accounts, transforming initial success and regional achievements into widespread adoption across brands. Achieving success in this role requires a deep understanding of the operational dynamics of Home Services organizations and the ability to forge partnerships that align with each brand’s unique goals and operational models.
This position offers significant opportunities for growth and genuine ownership. You will define the strategic direction for each account, cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Connecteam at industry events and on-site meetings when necessary. You will oversee deals from inception to closure, including expansion across multiple locations, regions, and use cases. Our strategy is to land and expand, ensuring we achieve success together.
