Position Overview
As a Strategic Account Executive on our AMER Enterprise team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting large, regulated organizations in adopting, implementing, and expanding their utilization of GitLab’s AI-driven DevSecOps platform. Your primary focus will be on strategic enterprise prospects and clients, guiding them through intricate DevSecOps transitions and software delivery enhancements in areas such as CI/CD automation, secure software development, and infrastructure modernization. In this capacity, you will serve as a crucial liaison between customer stakeholders and GitLab’s field organization, ensuring GitLab is recognized as a trusted long-term partner throughout the sales process and beyond. In your inaugural year, you are expected to cultivate and manage a robust enterprise pipeline, establish repeatable sales processes, and facilitate successful implementations that yield measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
