Work Environment
While our main office is located in Sydney, Australia, we have expanded our reach to Toronto, Canada. This position is fully remote, as we currently do not have a physical office in Canada.
Team Overview
The Sales and Success team at Canva focuses on empowering every organization to harness the power of design through Canva Enterprise. This platform allows organizations to unify their design, content production, and collaboration efforts into a single secure account. Our Sales team collaborates with various departments to facilitate large-scale creativity and collaboration.
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate Account Executives who excel at building meaningful relationships with customers who appreciate our innovative product.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and offer customized solutions. Whether it's crafting impactful pitch decks for their sales teams, developing creative marketing materials at scale, or ensuring brand consistency, our team is equipped to support customer success across all departments.
Collaboration is key as you will engage with colleagues from Product to Marketing, all backing our sales efforts. As we explore new markets and create innovative Enterprise solutions, we are shaping something truly extraordinary. Together, we are transforming how work is accomplished.
Your Responsibilities
- Account Planning: Utilize a data-driven approach to identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from Canva's offerings. Analyze market trends and dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management & Revenue Growth: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activities using Salesforce.
- Customer Focus: Employ compelling storytelling and a creative perspective to guide customers on a personalized journey.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep passion for Canva’s solutions, addressing unique customer challenges while gathering feedback to enhance our product offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers and internal teams to foster sustained collaboration.
