The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Executive, Acquisition to spearhead the prospecting and closing of new business within the New England region. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new clients. Your responsibilities will include managing forecasts and tracking customer data. We advocate for a consultative sales approach—understanding customer needs before discussing our solutions. Your expertise will be essential in articulating our product's value, guiding customers through the trial phase, and fostering strong relationships with our Customer Success team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Achieve and surpass individual quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Engage in outbound prospecting to acquire new customers.
- Oversee all phases of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
- Drive sales through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
