We are currently seeking to hire for our new Glamping and Members Club, 91 Athens Riviera, an unparalleled luxurious cabana beach club located in Voula, Athens.
Steward
Role Overview:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, dishes, glassware, and equipment, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of the restaurant or hotel. This role is vital within the kitchen team, ensuring all utensils are ready for use and that health and safety standards are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or manually as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen countertops, floors, and work surfaces.
- Sanitizing and properly storing clean utensils and kitchen tools.
Equipment & Utensil Cleaning
- Washing cooking utensils and other kitchen items such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking tools, ensuring safe storage.
- Reporting any damages to kitchen supervisors for timely repairs or replacements.
- Storing clean utensils in an organized manner under proper conditions, ready for use when needed.
Collaboration with Kitchen Team
- Providing clean utensils and tools to chefs for seamless kitchen operations.
