As a Staff Solutions Engineer at Upbound, you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales team, supporting all pre-sales initiatives across North America. Upon discovering and qualifying a lead, you will engage directly with customers to comprehend their technical business challenges. Your role will involve guiding clients through the value that Upbound's products and solutions offer. You will build trusted technical relationships by actively listening to client needs and articulating the value proposition of our products in a manner tailored to their specific context.
Solutions Engineers at Upbound are expected to possess an in-depth understanding of our product roadmap, discerning when to promote upcoming solutions versus focusing on existing offerings based on the customer's medium and long-term vision. A successful Solutions Engineer will be adept at engaging with key technical and economic decision-makers, navigating their requirements to facilitate effective solutions.
