Your Role:
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Core Trading Team. In this high-impact technical role, you will remain hands-on while significantly shaping the architecture of our trading infrastructure. As the technical authority on low-latency systems, you will push the boundaries of performance, determinism, and scalability across order routing, execution, and market connectivity.
Your focus will be on technical leadership through expertise, code quality, and design influence rather than direct management. You will mentor others while continuing to contribute as a principal member of mission-critical systems.
