The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our objectives and ensuring our customers' success by:
Working collaboratively with Product and Project teams to identify, plan, develop, and implement ARIC features for our clients in a timely and consistent manner.
Overseeing the team's investigation, escalation, and resolution of customer issues requiring technical expertise.
Assisting with project coordination, task delegation, and peer review for UI-related initiatives.
Providing mentorship to our team of UI engineers.
