About the job
Join our Simulation Group at SoSafe, where we are developing an advanced closed-loop system designed to empower organizations in testing, measuring, and enhancing employee awareness of digital threats.
As the Staff Product Manager for Simulations, you will spearhead the most critical component of this ecosystem, crafting scenarios that prepare millions of users for the evolving landscape of cyber-attacks.
Location Requirement:
This position is available to candidates currently residing in and legally entitled to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants from outside these regions.
Your Mission
Your objective will be to equip global workforces with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to real-world cyber threats. With the increasing speed and complexity of attacks in 2026, you will guide the evolution of our simulation engine, aligning it with contemporary security challenges and ensuring that our security strategies are targeted towards the most significant threats.
You will be responsible for shaping the strategy for Attack Realism, advancing beyond basic templates to create multi-channel, multi-chain simulations that leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT). By integrating closely with our Threat Reporting & Intelligence product, you will establish a dynamic feedback loop where real-world threat data directly influences simulation strategies.
Here’s how you will make an impact:
Own the vision and strategy for SoSafe’s Simulation experience, leading the roadmap towards enhanced attack realism while ensuring product scalability and sustainability.
Develop and enhance multi-channel simulations across platforms like email, messaging apps (Teams, Slack), and mobile devices to accurately represent current attack vectors.
Implement impactful features from our 2026 roadmap, such as the Simulation Template Editor, personalized scenarios powered by OSINT, and multi-chain attack simulations.
Conduct research to analyze user reactions to AI-driven social engineering, utilizing these insights to enhance simulation effectiveness.
Foster Ecosystem Integration: Partner with Learning and Threat Intelligence teams to ensure our simulations serve as active learning experiences rather than mere assessments.
Establish and monitor KPIs that reflect security impact, including metrics such as click, interaction, and reporting rates.
