JOB TITLE: Personal Functional Assessor
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: (JOB SUMMARY)
As a Personal Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough assessments of patients and service users. Your insights will be instrumental in analyzing and interpreting clinical information alongside medical evidence, culminating in the delivery of concise and professional reports.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (JOB CONTENT)
· Meet productivity and quality targets as agreed with clients and healthcare partners, actively seeking and responding to feedback.
· Analyze clinical data and medical evidence, producing reports that are professional and succinct.
· Provide medical advice and conduct comprehensive examinations.
· Assess patients' capacity to perform functional activities and work-related tasks.
· Deliver detailed reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
· Uphold professional standards in all medical-related tasks.
· Take responsibility for achieving service and quality targets.
· Ensure that reports are grammatically correct and well-structured before submission to clients.
· Create clear, accurate reports in plain English.
· Strive to produce ‘A1 Grade’ reports consistently.
· Implement amendments to your reports when requested by the Audit Team.
General:
- The starting salary is £33k, increasing to £35k upon successful approval completion.
· Proactively engage in your professional development to remain updated with clinical evidence and practices.
· Facilitate communication between administration staff, clinicians, management, and external clients to address queries effectively.
· Collaborate with colleagues, including Project Managers and Directors, to enhance client services.
· Maintain patient confidentiality while working remotely, ensuring a secure workspace.
· Uphold high standards of privacy and security in all aspects of your work.
