Position Overview:
As a member of the Data Engineering team, you will turn data streams into actionable insights, addressing real-world challenges in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM). Your role will empower our Data Analytics and Machine Learning teams to simplify drug pricing and enhance understanding. You will design, implement, and maintain distributed systems for the collection, aggregation, and governance of pharmaceutical data. Utilizing open-source tools such as Airflow and DBT alongside industry-leading data warehouses like Snowflake, you will optimize workflows using LLMs and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Architecture & Ecosystem Design: Build resilient systems by designing flexible software components and data pipelines, simplifying complex designs to avoid scaling issues and reduce maintenance costs.
- Cross-Boundary Integration Management: Develop coherent ecosystem designs across multiple pipelines to ensure seamless functionality.
