Your challenge in the team
You will be responsible for structuring the architecture and corporate data model oriented to the customer journey, supporting the foundation of RD Station's data.
This role will strongly focus on defining and implementing the identity model and corporate entities, ensuring consistency, governance, and data reuse across different domains of the company.
The work will be carried out in partnership with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and other squads, engaging not only in conceptual design but also in the technical realization of these decisions into scalable production solutions.
This role will be central to strategic initiatives like Elo360, which aims to enable an integrated view of the customer journey and greater analytical autonomy for business areas.
