About the Role
In the position of Senior AI Engineer at Fortis, you will lead the charge in applying machine learning to game development. This pivotal role is part of AI Labs, our innovative R&D division dedicated to developing smarter, faster, and more creative game development processes. You will guide projects from ideation to production, collaborating closely with top-tier teams across the organization to transform cutting-edge machine learning into tangible impacts and influence the future of AI-driven gaming.
What You’ll Achieve
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in game design, publishing, platforms, and technology to build and scale machine learning-driven solutions at Fortis.
- Lead the research, development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade machine learning tools and systems.
- Enhance creative and production workflows through the use of generative models and intelligent automation.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the AI engineering discipline within Fortis Labs.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to articulate decisions, trade-offs, and principles to stakeholders.
