The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is a pivotal role focused on crafting impactful skill development for both people leaders and employees at Klaviyo. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic learning professional who excels in building, facilitating, and refining educational programs—someone adept at transforming data, feedback, and organizational insights into learning experiences that foster genuine behavioral change.
As part of the Talent & Learning team, you will collaborate closely with partners from People Analytics, HR Business Partners, and the AI Transformation team. Your contributions will significantly enhance the capabilities of our people leaders, advance career development initiatives, and facilitate AI upskilling throughout the organization, all while reinforcing Klaviyo’s commitment to a culture of continuous learning.
Your Impact
The ideal Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Klaviyo is a creator, facilitator, and solution-oriented professional who thrives on converting insights into actionable learning. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish and flourish in a dynamic, high-impact team environment. In this role, you will:
- Collect and analyze data, feedback, and organizational signals to pinpoint learning needs and skill gaps for people leaders and employees.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and HRBPs to interpret trends and insights, translating them into clear learning priorities and focus areas.
- Design, develop, and facilitate immersive, skill-based learning experiences that prioritize practice, reflection, and real-world application.
- Manage the entire learning experience lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery, reinforcement, and iteration.
- Create and implement learning initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of people leaders and supporting career development.
