In this role, you will implement brand strategies and tactics, drive sales performance, manage your assigned territory and accounts effectively, and cultivate robust customer relationships to address their needs. You will prioritize the patient’s welfare in all activities while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed sales performance metrics, brand KPIs, and financial objectives.
- Prepare pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness. Address objections and concerns proactively to ensure successful outcomes in every interaction.
- Continuously strive to meet customer expectations and build trusted partnerships to foster mutual agreements between AbbVie and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement a strategic call plan to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Deepen your understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, sharing valuable insights with your team to align strategies with market changes.
- Articulate AbbVie’s unique value propositions to healthcare providers and establish relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.
- Utilize personal or company vehicles for travel as necessary.
