YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guarantee consistency in deals, promotions, and discounts at the store level within the Talabat app across all vendors.
Work closely with Account Managers and the Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
Ensure accurate representation of deals, discounts, and promotions in the app through proper visualization (swimlanes, category icons, banners, etc).
Partner with FMCG and CPG companies to introduce exclusive offers for our vendors on Talabat.
Drive daily order maximization through collaboration with vendors on various promotional activities.
Forecast promotions and bundles accurately, sharing insights with vendor stakeholders to prevent any stock-outs.
Coordinate with the Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Marketing team to ensure effective visibility and timely campaign implementation.
Conduct regular trade visits to evaluate new launches, ongoing promotions, and brand activation initiatives, ensuring they are executed on our platform.
Evaluate each campaign and promotion, preparing detailed closing reports for analysis.
Consult with internal (Regional NFV, Local Marketing) and external stakeholders (Partner Category Managers, Brand Managers, Store Managers/Supervisors) to gather insights and align efforts with corporate goals.
Collaborate with local marketing teams on asset and budget distribution.
Share insights and data regarding campaign performance effectively.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics related to user engagement and conversion.
Monitor the performance of in-app elements, including banners and promotions.
Engage with the content team to conduct A/B testing on app elements, making informed recommendations based on data analysis.
Identify additional revenue opportunities, develop growth initiatives, and oversee their execution.
YOUR PROFILE:
2-3 years of experience in Trade Sales within Grocery Retail or FMCG; trade marketing experience is a plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills complemented by an engaging personality.
Proven experience in project management with a focus on delivering results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation.
