Your Role
As a pivotal member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will take on the role of primary technical advisor, engaging with prospective and existing merchants and partners primarily in the UK and Spain. Your expertise will play a crucial part in qualifying, shaping, closing, and supporting business opportunities by providing technical insights and guidance, while collaborating closely with our Sales and Partnership teams.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our Partner team on both strategic new partnerships and integrations, as well as existing ones and their upgrades.
- Enhancing our partner processes through integration reviews, detailed documentation, and engaging demonstrations.
- Working alongside our sales team to identify and nurture new and existing opportunities.
- Creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase our solutions.
- Conducting technical discovery sessions and architecting solution designs tailored to prospects' needs.
