We are currently seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor for our luxurious 5-star resort, All-Inclusive Suites in Rhodes | Family Suites at Aulūs Lindos Rhodes, located in the stunning Dodecanese.
Your Role:
The Spa Supervisor at Domes Resorts will manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, flawless operations, and adherence to health and safety regulations. This role blends managerial duties with a strong focus on guest service to create a luxurious, tranquil, and safe environment for all visitors. The Spa Supervisor will lead the spa team, oversee bookings, and collaborate with other hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing Guest Experience:
- Professionally manage guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about spa services, products, and promotions.
- Operations Oversight:
- Ensure the spa operates smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage bookings, staff schedules, and service availability to optimize occupancy.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, coordinating orders as necessary.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor spa therapists, receptionists, and other team members to uphold service excellence.
- Train new staff on procedures, guest engagement, and product knowledge.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork and professional development.
