Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will lay the groundwork for how Harvey’s offerings manifest as tangible, effective solutions for legal teams. Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will articulate clear workflows, practical use cases, and scalable, customer-ready resources derived from new functionalities. You will establish the benchmarks for how Harvey packages, launches, and supports solutions for law firms and in-house teams. Your success will be measured by the clarity shared across go-to-market strategies, accelerated customer adoption, and a compelling narrative that evolves as Harvey grows.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate how Harvey addresses genuine legal challenges by translating product features into workflows utilized by law firms and in-house teams.
Transform features into comprehensive use cases and workflows that resonate with partners, associates, general counsels, legal operations, and innovation leaders.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence launches, roadmap discussions, and positioning based on customer challenges and outcomes.
Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with solution-oriented messaging, demo narratives, and customer-ready resources that facilitate enterprise sales initiatives.
Create messaging tailored to specific personas and practice areas that scales across different firm sizes, locations, and legal functions.
