About the Role:
As our second Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical counterpart to our Account Executives, facilitating a rapid sales process within our Mid-Market and Commercial sectors. You will guarantee that potential clients experience a smooth, value-driven assessment of the Nooks platform. Implementing our proven strategy, you will oversee high-impact trials from pre-sale through to onboarding, collaborating closely with AEs, prospects, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical validation and widespread adoption. This position presents a unique opportunity to become a valued technical advisor within a growth-focused, AI-driven company.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery sessions and facilitate the trial execution process for active opportunities.
- Take ownership of trial setup and configuration (including CRM and SEP integration, dialer setup, multi-product configuration, and analytics enablement) for both commercial and SMB deals.
- Actively monitor trial health and performance, pinpointing potential issues to ensure prospects achieve optimal results and swift return on investment.
- Coordinate technical integrations with CRM systems, SEP, and other sales tools to enhance functionality.
- Serve as a crucial technical resource during customer calls, addressing objections and responding to technical inquiries.
- Assist Account Executives in developing the business case by quantifying the potential value and ROI that Nooks can deliver to prospects.
- Support the conclusion of trials and facilitate a successful transition of customers to their new workflow with Nooks.
