About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for Solutions Engineers who will take charge of enhancing the customer experience, guiding them from initial proof-of-concept through to the final decision-making process. This role requires a technically adept individual who will provide pre-sales engineering support to our sales team, serve as a trusted advisor for our customers and partners, and play a pivotal role in crafting innovative technical solutions. What You'll Do
- Act as the trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders including CTOs, CISOs, IT Executives, Security Engineers, Network Engineers, and Heads of Physical Security.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to comprehend and address customer requirements effectively.
- Partner with the Sales team to evaluate and qualify customer opportunities while contributing to the design of impactful technical solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations and deliver captivating presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as Verkada's technical Subject Matter Expert, working closely with departments such as Product, Support, Marketing, and Enablement.
