About the Customer Success & Solutions Engineering Team
Our Customer Success & Solutions Engineering teams act as analytics consultants embedded within our enterprise customer teams, focusing on driving tangible business outcomes. We collaborate with prospects and customers throughout their journey to comprehend what generates value, serving as the technical partner to our Sales team in delivering that value. You will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support to effectively implement self-serve analytics within client organizations, facilitate change management, and execute projects that exceed customer expectations and maximize ROI on their Mixpanel investment.
About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in showcasing the value of Mixpanel's features to a diverse range of prospects. As our Sales organization expands, you will collaborate with Account Executives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Mixpanel's solutions with their business objectives. Successful Solutions Engineers are curious, agile, capable of articulating the technical benefits and requirements of Mixpanel to developers and product managers, and effectively communicating our product's value to senior executives.
In your first month, you will become proficient in Mixpanel's features, functionalities, and implementation processes. You will have the chance to shadow current Solutions Engineers and Account Executives during customer calls and demonstrations, learning how to effectively convey our value proposition. Comprehensive training on Mixpanel’s internal systems and tools will prepare you for success.
Within your first three months, you will engage directly in deal cycles alongside Account Executives, leading technical qualifications for customer use cases and delivering tailored demonstrations for prospects. You will liaise with leadership at prospective organizations to identify business challenges that can be addressed with Mixpanel's solutions.
