- Schedule appointments with merchants to showcase Shift4's Point of Sale and merchant servicing products.
- Engage in prospecting through phone calls, in-person networking, and developing referral partnerships.
- Support existing clients with additional services including hardware, software, and professional support.
- Build strong relationships with merchants by addressing their needs and resolving outstanding issues.
- Demonstrate the value of Shift4's offerings through your laptop or Point of Sale device.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
- Develop new accounts and target areas for growth and market value.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to company policies to effectively expand market share.
- Responsible for acquiring new logos within your assigned territory.
- Stay updated on current products and services, as well as changes in the payments industry.
- Maintain regular communication with your direct manager.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review your pipeline and forecast new opportunities.
