About the Role
Join our expanding Dynamics D365 CE team to spearhead solution design and define technical requirements for a diverse range of customer engagements. We seek an individual with comprehensive solution knowledge and extensive industry experience to lead and deliver exceptional business outcomes for our clients. As a Solution Architect, you will guide solution designs for customers and contribute to the development of our expanding AI and Business Solutions suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers as the primary driver of solution designs, acting as a trusted advisor and relationship manager with technical authorities.
- Support sales initiatives by configuring demos, creating presentations, and assisting business and sales teams throughout the sales process.
- Lead and mentor the wider team, ensuring D365 team members stay informed through regular presentations on current and upcoming tools, while upholding best practices.
- Continuously enhance your skills by learning and training peers on the Microsoft stack and related products relevant to current, historical, and future implementations.
- Drive product development within the AI business solutions domain, creating use cases for technical and service-based products targeting verticals and common business scenarios.
- Embrace agility, adapting to evolving customer, technology, and internal stakeholder requirements to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in leading the design and implementation of highly integrated Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform solutions is essential. Your experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) should encompass pre-sales, design, and multiple full-phase implementations.
You should possess a strong understanding of the technical capabilities of the Power Platform, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and a drive to understand customer challenges to craft effective solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CE, along with development experience in Microsoft and integration-focused technologies.
