Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Cultivate Top Engineering Talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain engineering professionals while nurturing a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous enhancement.
- Ensure Consistent, High-Quality Deliverables – Assist teams in shipping products sustainably and confidently.
- Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships – Work collaboratively with Product Management, Design, Architecture, Security, and Quality Engineering from planning to delivery.
- Enhance Engineering Processes – Optimize our planning, building, tracking, and delivery methodologies as we scale.
- Guide Technical Decisions – Stay involved enough to support system design, incident response, and observability when required.
- Design for Scalability – Create systems that can grow with our expanding marketplace.
