Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling Speechify’s core desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of critical components of our macOS application architecture, deliver production-ready code, and work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead essential engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality, production-level code that caters to millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance intricate application architecture, prioritizing performance and stability.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, partnering with designers and product managers to develop features from initial concept to final launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Promote continuous improvement in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
